Hi Ijaz,

Before I started treatment the worry did effect my sleep patterns. You might find cutting back on caffienne in the afternoons will help. For me what happened was that I could get off to sleep but would wake in the night and not get back to sleep.

I also considered meditation but didn't ever get round to trying it.

Hi Ijaz,
Interesting that you should call your blog "Overcoming the virus". Mine is called Overcomer. All of us felt very strange, fearful, and emotional before treatment.
Try and grab as much information from others as you can. But be careful, there is a lot of unecassary scary stuff out there.
Anything listed on Ron Metcalfes site can be totally trusted - and there is enough there to keep you busy for the next six months!!
Wishing you all the best for your tx start date.

Paul.

Hi Ijaz - I commented in my blog today about bizarre sleep patterns. Unlike many, Ifelt strangely calm before my first treatment. Perhaps I was ill prepared. I certainly feel more nervous now about starting again. From my point of view, there is only one thing worse than being treated - and that's not being treated. After 2 false starts on treatment, I just want to get on with it properly and recover. I'm hoping for third time lucky!
